Conclusion of the agreement

All Offers are without engagement and non binding. All Orders are bindingly accepted if the delivery to the customer takes place. The minimum value of an order is 50,- Euro.

Prices

Indications of price contain the legal value-added tax in the amount of 19%. We reserve the right to correct misprints and errors.

Shipping and Delivery

Our customers may expect swift delivery. Thus shipping takes place within 1 working day after receipt of Order or payment, provided that the goods are available.
We make every effort to meet the delivery dates. They are, however, completely without warranty. Compensations because of any delayed deliveries are excluded.
In case of orders from other countries we shall make the goods available for pick-up by the Customer or a shipping company commissioned thereby. In these cases the goods shall only be handed over to the Customer or the shipping company commissioned thereby upon payment of the full purchase price. The individual delivery modalities can be coordinated per email. The Customer can authorize us to commission a suitable shipping company on its behalf to serve the goods to the delivery address.

Retention of title

We pass on to the customer the warranty promises of the manufacturer in its entirety. According to the manufacturer, data pixel errors with LCD and mirror losses do not represent a lack on DLP projectors. They are unavoidable by the production technology and are expressly to be accepted by the customer.
With LCD projectors up to 5 pixel errors and with DLP projectors up to 2 mirror losses to be accepted by the customer as reasonable. Colour deviations with the projection of LCD and DLP projectors are permissible by the lamp technology and represent no lack. Projection lamps are articles of consumption.
If operating and service instructions are not followed, parts are replaced or consumption articles are used, which do not correspond to the original specification, any guarantee is void. Excluded from the warranty are in particular deficiencies and/or damages, which have to be referred to:

• operating caused wear and normal wear,
• inappropriate use, operating error and negligent treatment by the customer,
• operation on wrong type of current or tension, as well as connection to unsuitable power sources, fire, thunderbolt, explosion or net-caused excess voltages, humidity of all kinds
• as well as any articles of consumption, unless the customer proves that these circumstances are not causal for the reprimanded lack.

Furthermore the warranty is void, if serial number, type name or similar characteristics are removed or made illegible. If the examination of a notice of defects results in, that a case of guarantee is not evident (bad cunning, injury of the duty to exercise diligence), we are entitled to charge the customer with all expenditures. Costs of the examination and repairs are calculated in each case to the valid service prices of the contracted workshops.
We are entitled at first to improve or to make a replacement. If three reworks and/or subsequent delivery attempts should fail, the customer is entitled to the choice either to request reduction or transformation. We are obligated to the rework and/or replacement only, if the customer has fulfilled his part in the contract obligations. Return

In accordance with §13 BGB (German Civil Code) are you as consumer not bound, if you send back the merchandise at our risk and expence within 2 weeks after the receipt of the merchandise. The accurately timed dipatch to:

If the merchandise can not be dispatched as a parcel, a withdrawal demand withot reasons would be sufficient. Please prepay the parcel adequately to avoid the postage due. We refund you the postal charges immediately. If you send back damaged or outworn goods a legally allowed amont will be deducted. You can avoid this by taking a test of the mechandise as it would be possible in an retail shop and if you send it without marks of usage and originally packed.
Special designs are excluded from the exchange.

Advertising

The customer declares expressly his approval to receive the advertising of the company PiPro per fax or e-mail without prior request.

Validity

All consignments are Subject solely to these Terms and Conditions. The customer accepts them by placing an Order or by accepting the consignment.
